Georgia Engineering Foundation – engineering scholarships 2014

The Georgia Engineering Foundation will begin accepting applications for engineering scholarships beginning April 1, 2014. Scholarships are offered to college freshman, upperclassmen, and graduate students who are residents of Georgia and attending eligible engineering and engineering technology programs.  Eligible programs include current ABET-accredited undergraduate programs in engineering and engineering technology, and accredited graduate programs in engineering. Although applicants must be Georgia residents, it is not necessary for the school they attend to be located in Georgia. More information:

14th Annual Exploring Engineering Academy (EEA) – 2014

The Georgia Engineering Foundation in association with Boy Scouts America of Atlanta, Exploring division, will be conducting the 14th Annual Exploring Engineering Academy (EEA) June 1st to 6th at Georgia Tech.  They will be visiting Engineering locations for students (10th through 12th grade) to explore Engineering careers.  If your company could expose the youth to a future engineering career or if you can Mentor future engineers or help chaperone a few hours or overnight, please contact  Additional EEA information:
