As of April 1, 2015 OSHA implemented modifications to regulations that greatly affect the way utility workers climb poles and towers. In response to these new regulations and much needed change, Idaho Power formed a committee to find new methods, techniques, and equipment to ensure we are OSHA compliant and safeguard our employees. 

 This presentation will give a background to the regulations that changed and why, how IPCO approached becoming compliant, and give an overview of the solutions we have implemented.
