About the speakers:
Ken Pearl – Director of Business Development – C&D Technologies – VRLA Batteries
Ken graduated with BS from Illinois and MBA from DePaul and has worked in the Battery space since 2000, working for Exide, FIAMM, and C&D Technologies, and worked for ThermoFisher Scientific and Mettler-Toledo before then. Currently working with various DC Storage applications as well as Global Data Center customers.
Michael Bordenet – Vice President – Zonatherm Products – Lithium Batteries
Michael graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering where he specialized in HVAC Engineering. He started out as an application engineer and worked his way up thru sales and now is the current Vice President of Power Sales and Engineering at Zonatherm managing and applying cooling and power products in the Data Center market segment. Michael applied the first Lithium Battery System into a Datacenter in 2014 and has deployed over 25 Megawatts for Lithium Battery in datacenters.
John Jeter – OEM Account Manager – VYCON – Flywheel DC Energy Storage
John received electronic training in the US Navy and has a B.S. Degree in Business from San Diego State University. He has been active in power quality solutions for over 40 years. He has been with VYCON the past 7 years providing education and training on Kinetic DC Energy Storage Systems “Flywheels” for variety of Mission-Critical battery free and battery hardened UPS applications.
