IEEE COLUMBIA SECTION TOUR
Several months ago, the IEEE Coastal SC Section toured the Santee-Cooper Jefferies Hydro Plant in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. They found the generators at this late ‘30’s/early ‘40’s plant were undergoing overhaul, in place. The Coastal SC Section had 30 members to participate. If you are interested in taking this same tour and you think you would be willing to travel the distance on a week day, the IEEE Coastal SC Section can inquire about a tour for Columbia Section, too.
