These are the people that make the Medical Device Symposium possible. And we always welcome enthusiastic people to seize the opportunity to gain the experience that the organization of this event brings, and to also meet more people. Please see the following roles and register your interest:
  • Symposium webmaster, publicity and promotion agent (Must be internet savvy and have the ability to use or learn how to use WordPress)
  • Day of event volunteers – Miscellaneous duties (registration, set up, clean up)

        • First priority exhibit location* of one twelve foot exhibit space (two six foot spaces)
        • Four complimentary symposium Attendee registrations
        • Two complimentary symposium Exhibitor Only registrations
        • Additional Exhibitors will be charged a nominal fee to offset the cost of food
        • Supporter name to be advertised during breaks and lunch
        • Acknowledgement on announcement and website
      • Gold – $600
        • Second priority exhibit location* of one six foot exhibit space

*NOTE:   Regarding Priority Selection of Exhibit Spaces (Booth Locations)

      • Priority space selection for Platinum Supporters is available through Jan 31, 2016.
      • Priority space selection for Gold Supporters is available from Feb 1, 2016 through Feb 29, 2016.
      • After Feb 29, 2016, space selection will be on the day of the event on a first-come, first-choice basis.

The IEEE MDS is “paperless”
This symposium is “paperless” and environmentally friendly. We will only be using PDF programs and publishing the final symposium packets online. Symposium participants are encouraged to access symposium content through tablets and mobile devices. Name badges will still be provided at registration.
