As a member, you receive discounted registration fees at all IEEE conferences and additional discounts at DEIS sponsored conferences, free online access to the IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation, and free paper copies of the IEEE Electrical Insulation Magazine. In addition, you have access to the names of all DEIS members, eligible to vote for members-at-large of the Administrative Committee (AdCom) that governs DEIS, and allowed to nominate AdCom members and DEIS officers.
