  • Registration includes:
    Access to all tutorials and workshops, sessions, exhibits, welcome reception, awards banquet, conference program, electronic conference proceedings, plus additional conference handouts. Student rates do not include a banquet ticket.
  • An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by the payment of at least one regular registration (IEEE Member or Non-Member) for one of the authors.
  • No accepted paper is included in the proceedings without the payment of the required registration fee.
  • Each regular registration covers a maximum of two papers. Additional papers incur a charge of $300 each.
  • Extra banquet tickets cost $120 each.
  • The page limit for each paper is 6 pages. Up to two additional pages will be permitted for an additional charge of $125.
  • IEEE Membership number is required to qualify for IEEE member rate.
  • Proof of current full-time student status (i.e., a copy of student card or certification from current university) is required to qualify for student rates.

Refunds:
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by June 1, 2019. An administrative fee of $75 will be deducted from each refund. Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
