IEEE Houston Seminar “Medium Voltage Reduced Voltage Starters”

The IEEE Houston Section would like to thank Christopher Sanderson, Gulf Coast Regional Sales Manager with SOLCON USA for giving us a great start to our 2016 – 2017 Fiscal year. This seminar was one of our largest number of attendees in years that promises to be another great year for the IEEE Houston Section. The seminar provided a high level overview of the basic elements of Medium Voltage (MV) Motors and the different technologies of starting control. The discussion centered around the key application elements that will determine the most appropriate selection of MV starters.
