Chair: Thomas Perry


Tom is employed by Jacobs Engineering under the Engineering, Scientific and Technical Services (ES&TS) contract to NASA and has been at Marshall Space Flight Center since 2000. Tom is a Senior Engineer in the MSFC Electromagnetic Environments Effects (E3) group providing EMI engineering support for the Constellation vehicles, Space Shuttle, International Space Station, NASA payloads and Expendable Launch Vehicles (ELV). Prior to NASA, he spent twenty-two years in the Nuclear Industry providing engineering support at various facilities in the United States and Canada. Tom earned his Associate’s degree from Lake Superior State University and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Member-at-Large: Lon Brolliar


Lon Brolliar is a Senior Professional with Technology Service Corporation Phase IV Systems Operation in the Analog/Digital Mixed Signals Sector. Lon has over 25 years of design experience in mixed signal analog and digital design. While not an EMC Engineer by profession, Lon has throughout his career dealt with EMC problems within systems and their circuit boards. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from Auburn University, 1987.
