Among the many things we do in the IEEE Huntsville Section is host the annual Alabama Regional Future City Competition in January for middle school students interested in engineering, and other STEM related studies. This competition serves over 200 students from all over Alabama.

This year we are hosting a fundraiser for the competition.  We are helping to promote an Engineer Comedian at the Stand Up live Comedy Club in Huntsville, AL.  Don McMillan will be coming back to Huntsville and we want your organization and work colleagues to participate as a group to attend our fundraiser for Alabama students.

Don McMillan is a well-known Technical Comedian and we are certain that everyone will have a great time. He graduated from Stanford University with a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, see biography for more information on Don.  If you purchase $20 tickets to the Thursday night show on 12/13/18 @7:00pm, the proceeds will go to the Alabama Regional Future City Competition in January 2019 at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
