The Transportation Systems Committee (TSC) is a sub-committee of the Industrial Power Conversion Systems Department (IPCSD) within the Industry Applications Society (IAS) of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
The scope of the TSC is to emphasize the electrification of the transportation industry, including components, systems, and infrastructure, and encompassing all modes of transportation (e.g. road vehicles, aero-space vehicles, rail-road and water transports etc.) for people and goods and to treat all these within the scope of the IAS.
