The times allocated for each presentation is 20 minutes in total; ideally, 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions.

The presenters are required to meet their session chairs in the session room at least 15 minutes before beginning of the session in order to introduce themselves and receive the appropriate instructions from the session chairs.

Each presenter has to provide the session chairs a short (10 lines maximum) printed bio.

PowerPoint or Acrobat PDF slides are recommended for presentation on a LCD video projector. Each room will have LCD projector. The authors are expected to prepare and use their own computers for presentation. If this is not possible, please contact the registration desk at the time of collecting the registration pack so that the conference organizers can arrange a computer for your presentation.
