    The IEEE Transactions on ITS is now accepting electronic submissions only. Papers accepted for publicaton will be published both electronically and in the print version of the Transactions.
    Authors may now submit Regular Papers, Review Papers, and Technical Correspondences. For further publication guidelines beyond the information listed below, contact the Editor-in-chief, Fei-Yue Wang, by email at feiyue@ieee.org.
