Please join us for our last technical chapter meeting of the year this coming Monday evening, December 22nd, from 6-8pm.
Ruby will be hosting a turkey dinner at her house on the West side (rsvp form disabled). There is no fee to attend, and this meeting counts for one PDU.
Paul Madoff will be speaking on recent data breaches, information security and practical steps to protect yourself in today’s “Golden Age of Hacking”. Paul is active in the InfoSec community, and has a variety of experience including PHP code hardening, designing and developing Patriot Act OFAC interdiction database screening, government contracting as an Information Security Officer, and leading various PCI, credit card and data encryption projects for an international, publicly traded company.
We’ll also make some time to discuss chapter plans, officers and committee members for 2015.
Hope to see you all on Monday!
