2020 IEEE/IAS 56th Industrial and Commercial Power Systems Technical Conference (I&CPS)

The IEEE Las Vegas Section and the Las Vegas Chapter of the IEEE Industrial Applications Society, will be participating with the IEEE Industrial Applications Society to host the 56th Industrial and Commercial Power Systems Technical Conference (I&CPS) here in Las Vegas – 2020-04-27 to 2020-04-30.

The 56th IEEE Industrial and Commercial Power Systems Technical Conference (I&CPS) website is now operational at https://attend.ieee.org/icps-2020/welcome/.

  1. When is the deadline to submit an abstract for the conference? Is there a POC with whom to submit to? Any information would be great, thanks!

    • I hear that they are finalizing plans now and more information should be out shortly. I will make sure we post it to our website.

      The 2020 Call for Papers link says the following:

      Prospective authors should prepare a complete manuscript of the final paper draft, with title and names,
      affiliations, addresses, and email of all co-authors. Submit electronic copy of Final draft by November
      29, 2019, to: Mr. Kent Sayler, I&CPS Department Vice-Chair, Technical, (E-mail: kent.sayler@ieee.org)
      with a copy to Mr. Sergio Panetta, I&CPS Department Secretary (E-mail: spanetta@ieee.org). Authors
      will be notified about the acceptance of their paper by January 14, 2020.

      Final papers for Conference record must be submitted to IEEE’s ScholarOne Electronic paper system
      by February 27, 2020. The identified corresponding author will receive instructions on how to submit
      the paper upon acceptance of the document. One of the authors of each paper must have full
      registration and present the paper in person at the Conference.

      Pursuant to IEEE policy papers must be free of commercial content.
