IEEE Kerala Section invites potential conference organizers to learn about the core of organizing a successful IEEE conference. The theme of this year’s mini POCO workshop is “How to successfully organize an IEEE Conference?”. This workshop is sponsored by IEEE Region 10.

 

Eminent and experienced IEEE volunteers from NIT Calicut, Indian Institute of Space Technology, Trivandrum, Cochin University of Science & Technology, College of Engineering Trivandrum and TKM College of Engineering will be handling the sessions and sharing their experiences in organizing International conferences.

 

This event is comprised of seminars, focused sessions with plenty of opportunities for participants to exchange ideas, success stories and challenges, with other IEEE Conference co-organizers. Apart from the how-to sessions on IEEE Conferences, this one-day workshop will open up  avenues for Networking with experienced Conference Leaders and opportunities  to take part in round-table discussions. It is aimed that, from this workshop, the participant will take back a comprehensive know –how of the basic IEEE Conference Business Framework.

 

Registration Fee: Rs. 750/- for IEEE members and Rs.1000/- for Non-IEEE Members.
