 | Chair: Vahid Maleki Raee Biography: V. Maleki Raee received his bachelor’s and master's degrees in computer science, majoring in computer systems and networks in 2012 and 2015, respectively, from the University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia, and the Ph.D. degree in information and systems engineering from the Concordia University, QC, Montreal, Canada, in 2023. His research covers wireless sensor networks, Internet of Things, network slicing, optimization, and virtualization. He is an IEEE member and was a professional member of ACM in 2022-2023. Currently, he is an executive committee member of IEEE Young Professionals Montreal Section, and serves as a reviewer for many IEEE and ACM transactions.  | Vice-Chair: Joel Dodoo Biography: Joel is currently a Ph.D. student at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He received the B.Eng. degree (with honours) in Telecommunication Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and the MSc. degree in Information and Communication Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, both in China. His current research interest focuses on data center networks, hybrid switching systems, energy efficiency in photonic network systems and optical interconnects, network resource management and optimizations.
