2015 Region 5 Awards
On Saturday, April 9, the New Orleans Section received the Outstanding Large Section Award and Entergy was presented with the Outstanding Large Company of the Year Award by region five of the IEEE. The award, which Entergy has now won two years running, recognizes the company’s support of its employees’ professional development, networking and participation in the organization. In addition to Entergy’s companywide award, IEEE honored Dr. Chan Wong with the region’s Outstanding Young Professional Award and Dr. Cedric Walker with the region’s Individual Achievement Award.
