Cost and Registration:There is a fee (paid to the IEEE New Orleans Section) for this class which covers the cost of the instructor, lunch, and logistics. This class is open to all; you do not need to be an IEEE member to attend. Registration requires a credit card of PayPal account. The fee is $30 for IEEE Members and $50 for non-members. Each person much register individually; there is no group registration. This class qualifies for 2 PDHs with IEEE. PDH certificates will be provided at the completion of the class.

Presenter Biography: Jön Rogers is a Development Engineering Manager at Siemens in Richland, MS. In many various management and technical roles within 10 years, including Manufacturing Manager, Quality Manager, and Field Service Engineer. These experiences have provided a great depth of knowledge and experience within the Siemens portfolio. The original factory started in 1972 as Allis Chalmers and was purchased by Siemens in the mid ‘80s. Today Siemens Richland, MS facility employs 400 people and provides transmission class Circuit Breakers from 72.5kV up to 800kV all over the world.
