On behalf of IEEE FUTO SB, I specially want to thank our IEEE Africa Chair (Engr. With the successful conclusion of the 2016 Skillup, I recommend that imitative of this nature should be encouraged and rewarded to foster continuity.
With the various challenges facing the various SBs in various institutions, the following recommendations are made:
- Appropriate coordination of the SBs via their councilors with adequate support from the Nigeria Section on yearly basis. Such framework will promote sustainable membership drive
- The Membership development office should continually call for reports from each SB regarding their quarterly activities, etc.
- Competitions with awards should be organized from time to time to draw the SBs closer to the Nigeria section.
