The IEEE Northern Virginia Section is hosting the Annual Washington/Northern Virginia Sections Picnic – come join the section leadership and other members for a fun afternoon!

 

When: Saturday, July 21, 11 noon to 3:30 pm

The NoVA Section will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, and drinks. There’s lots to do to set up the picnic, so volunteers should arrive at 10:30 am to help. Please send a note to Jerry at JTGibbon@hotmail.com if you are willing to help out. Please bring side dishes and dessert, hot or cold, to share with group.

The KoC picnic pavilion space is reserved for us, however, we should plan our own activities that you would like to have at the picnic. Volunteers are needed also for serving and cleanup afterward. If you can lend a hand let us known when you arrive. Those coming should plan to bring a dish that they would like to share of with others.
