The IEEE Orange County Section serves over 5,000 members in Orange County, CA including various Student Chapters. The vibrant and active Chapters of the Section are actively involved in furthering the pursuit of knowledge, especially in STEM area, amongst its members and the local community at large.

To conclude a successful year of activity, we are taking this opportunity to thank IEEE OC Section Chapter/Affinity/SIG leaders and their active volunteers, with an Awards Dinner & Gala Nite celebration. The event will be held at the UCI University Club on Nov 21st (Saturday) from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Please sign up* for the event, along with your significant other.

[* Chapter Chairs who have already signed up directly with the Organizer, please do NOT sign-up again]

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR ATTENDING THE DINNER EVENT but due to limited seating capacity, we will accept on a first-come-first-serve basis the first 75 sign-ups. Please sign-up only if you** (and your significant other) will definitely attend the event else let kindly allow others to attend this event (remember, we are 5000 members strong and dinner seating is open to the first 75 sign-ups).

** There is a separate room for kids, with all kind of activities to keep them engaged (including kids dinner) so feel free to bring the young ones along. Adult supervision/sitter service will be present in that room, at no charge to parents!
