On 26 April 2018, IEEE Student Branch of National Engineering School, Gabes, Tunisia (ENIG), IEEE ENIG PES student branch chapter and IEEE WIE Affinity Group ENIG  SB celebrated for the first time the IEEE PES Day. The PES Day Ambassadors from IEEE ENIG introduced the IEEE and PES through an information session to educate members about the opportunities of PES and presenting its history and its achievements throughout the years. At the end of the day we organized a small party where we celebrated the birthday of The Power and Energy Society. There were about thirty three participants.
