On 20th of April, IEEE North South University PES Student Branch Chapter implemented the first PES RES for Kids Project in Bangladesh by organising a colouring competition named “Colouring a Renewable Tomorrow” at a Kindergarten school.
The IEEE PES SBC at University of Manchester organised a Technical Lecture and social event for PES Day 2019.
On April 30 the PES of the Federal University of Tocantins – UFT celebrated with a lecture given by Professor Msc. Alex Vilarindo de Menezes the PES DAY 2019. The event consisted of a lecture focused on energy efficiency where the Konnex Building Automation Protocol (KNX) was presented.
In order to celebrate PES Day, UFF SB Chapter organized a technical visit, a small party and a RES for Kids activity.
A total of seven events including inauguration of SBC, cake cutting, tree plantation, social gathering, workshop, and a technical talk were conducted in different parts of the Uttar Pradesh Section by the PES/IAS Joint Chapter in association with local student chapters.
IEEE Bangladesh Section along with is Women in Engineering Affinity Group as well Power and Energy Society, IEEE BUET Student Branch Chapter celebrated the second global IEEE PES Day on 27th April at BUET.
IEEE PES Student Branch Chapter UET Taxila celebrated PES Day 2019. The ceremony consisted of introductory seminar about PES, benefits of PES and future plan of PES were also discussed.
This project provides an improvement in education quality through the solidification of the knowledge of the high and elementary school students by theoretical and practical activities.
On April 13th and 27th Panama UTP PES Student Branch Chapter carried out its first “Solar Panel Installation Workshop” with the cooperation of the company “La Casa de los PanelesSolares”.
