Working Group on Probability Applications for Common Mode and dependent outage Events (PACME) in Electric Power Systems
The goal of the PACME Working Group is to review, advance and present state-of-the-art research and practical applications in the area of common-mode outage events. Issues to be considered include: data monitoring and collection, measuring, probabilistic modeling and evaluation in the planning and operation of power transmission systems. The Working Group is a coordinated effort among academic and industry researchers, practicing engineers, and government representatives.
PACME Working Group officers:
- Chair: Milorad Papic
- Vice-Chair: Simon Tindemans
- Secretary: Manasa Kotha
