The 37th IEEE Sarnoff Symposium ( www.sarnoffsymposium.org ) invites you to submit a 2-page extended abstract for consideration for its poster session. The extended abstract should describe the research problem, proposed solution and preliminary results. Areas of interest include the following topics, but not limited to:

Unlike previous years, this year’s poster session is not limited to student work. Three best posters will be awarded prizes. Awards will be based on originality, contents, and poster quality. Regular papers are also encouraged to enter the poster session for prize competition. Note that poster abstracts are not treated as regular technical papers. No copyright transfer is required for poster submissions. The posters will be included in the proceedings, but will not be published through the IEEE Xplore. The authors of accepted posters are responsible to produce their posters and bring to the symposium. A preferred format is 4 feet horizontally by 3 feet vertically. Boards and thumbtacks will be provided. A free one-day conference registration is available for poster presenters.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
A 2-page extended abstract is required for submission. Extended abstract must be formatted to the IEEE conference paper format (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html) using 9pt or larger in PDF format (same as the regular paper submissions). Poster abstracts are limited to 2 pages. Please email your poster abstract as a PDF attachment to wangcong@njit.edu with the subject title “IEEE SARNOFF 2016 POSTER SUBMISSION-Author(s)’ last name(s).”
