IEEE Women in Engineering in collaboration with IEEE Macquarie University student branch is organizing a series of lectures on 15th April 2019 at the MUSE conference hall, 18 Wallys Walk, Macquarie University. The summit aims at nurturing leadership skills. It will also provide a platform for networking with the leaders from industry and academia.
The IEEE NSW Education Chapter in collaboration with IEEE Macquarie University Student branch is organizing a talk by industry professionals on 11th April, 2019. The speakers are expected to cover various topics such as effect of automation on jobs in Australia, skills to impress the interviewer and the importance of being an entrepreneur. The members from the IEEE students branch attended the First Joint Section Executive and Student Branch/Chapter Meeting on 22-02-2019 hosted at UTS. The aim of the meeting was to allow everyone to get to know each other, learn about the IEEE and how you fit into the big picture and all the tools available to help you succeed. It is also about working together to improve our processes, events and available opportunities.
Macquarie University’s Department of Engineering is organising a get-together to welcome its new engineering students, on Tuesday, 28th February 2017 at 12:00pm at Building E8A (outdoor courtyard).
