All India Institute for Speech and Hearing along with IEEE Standards Association had organized a workshop on 12^th of September 2015 to identify the faculties from various institution who intend to work on the ability in disability . It was a wonderful opportunity to identify the very need to develop hearing facilities for the hearing impaired public. This workshop was inaugurated by Chief guest Dr. T V Ananthapadmanabha.

Thus the leaders gave a note on various important aspects of the speech and hearing disabilities and to initiate the Institutions to come up with some problem solving projects .
