Manchester Entrepreneurs: two day Pitch Bootcamp. đź—“ đź—ş

The University of Manchester IEEE Student Branch & IEEE Young Professionals are co-hosting a two day workshop called “Pitch Bootcamp” with Manchester Entrepreneurs on 22nd and 23rd October 2016.pitch

Pitch Bootcamp is a career accelerator that brings together young people (especially students, recent graduates and young professionals) and companies together. The event is run over two days and puts some of the most competitive companies in touch with talented youngsters focused in making the future happen.  Day 1 involves intense training from the organisers wherein you take on the role of a CEO in charge of your life, plan your career and learn how to pitch it, and day 2 involves understanding your target market and aggressively pitching yourself in a one-on-one interactive environment to company representatives for instant feedback.

The programme has been recommend by Region 8 and has had a remarkable growth and over the past three-years we did 43 editions with 5300+ young people, 2,750+ professionals from 650 companies and helped to create more than 1,250+ jobs. Each edition is held at a University and it is a meeting which helps to create dozens of jobs, develops employability skills within participants and ensures intense and unforgettable experiences in about 250 people.
