Device Data in IoT: Use it Early and Often

July 25 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Title: Device Data in IoT: Use it early and often
Abstract: Today, the core focus of data in IoT typically revolves around leveraging data at scale from deployed devices to understand consumer usage, upsell new services, provide higher quality support, and more. However, device manufacturers can greatly benefit from leveraging data before devices are deployed at scale. In this talk Josh Pederson, Director of Product Management at Ayla Networks, will discuss the use of device data throughout the product lifecycle — from R&D through production deployment — to provide maximum value to connected device manufacturers.
Speaker: Josh Pederson, Director of Product Management, Ayla Networks
Speaker Bio: Josh has deep background in both SaaS and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) product development. Today he leads the Ayla team in defining the next generation of IoT platform, including the data and analytics strategy.
