1) If you are unable to attend the workshop for any reasons, please consider sending a representative (someone from your chapter board perhaps) who could share the workshop details and discussions with your chapter later. Kindly send me the details of the substitute to me to be able to send him/her the invite.

2) If you or no-one from your chapter could attend the workshop physically, please consider participating over WebEx. Please send me a mail indicating how you intend to do.

3) Please mark your calendar with 2nd October, 2018 as the date for this workshop, physical or webex.

Similar to previous years:

• You are more than welcome to bring more representatives from your chapter, affinity group if preferred.
• Similar to last year, we will start 09:00  and close at 17:00, followed by an optional dinner. 

More information will be distributed after the summer to you (and your stand-in, where relevant). Have a brilliant summer and enjoy the very deserved vacation.
