(Workshop) Robotics Workshop Raspberry Pi

The Raspberry Pi 2 is a wonderful little computer that fits in the palm of one’s hand, yet packs enough power to run a home media center, a VPN, and a lot more. Before one can do anything awesome, however, configuration and installation of an operating system is required. The Raspberry Pi 2 BCM2836 (quad core ARM7) will be demonstrated. Some cool DIY projects will be demonstrated and taught, so that one can put together with this little miracle of a device.

The Workshop will be held on 15th and 16th of October 2015 from 2pm to 5pm (with 30 minutes coffee break). The first 30 registered participants will do the workshop for free. To Register for the workshop please register in the following link. Registration after first 30 will be charged $150 per head.

Venue: Room 2131, IEMCON Conference Room 4; 6133 University Boulevard, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C., V6T 1Z1, Canada.
