- Engineering in Medicine & Biology Society (EMB – e-Notices only if EMB financially sponsors conference)
- Industrial Electronics Society (IE – e-Notices only if IE financially sponsors conference)
- Magnetics Society (MAG – No e-Notices)
- Power and Energy Society (PES – No e-Notices)
- Robotics & Automation Society (RAS – No e-Notices)
- Solid-State & Circuits Society (SSC – No e-Notices)
- Systems, Man, & Cybernetics Society (SMC – No e-Notices)
- Technical Councils (Approval from ALL constituent Societies must be obtained prior to submission of the mailing request)
Conferences must complete the IEEE Conference Application and be approved by IEEE before eNotice requests can be processed. Requests for conference e-mailings, such as Call for Papers and reminders, will be reviewed by IEEE Conference Services. If approved, eNotices will be sent to members of the sponsoring IEEE OU of the conference.
