Voting 1.7.1 includes the following bug fixes:

• The link in the prepopulated content included in the voter email has been corrected to include the correct link to vTools Voting.
• Volunteers will be able to download election results using IE8.
• The maximim candidates for a position to be selected has been corrected to save the correct number chosen when setting up a ballot.
