We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Crowne Plaza White Plains-Downtown in White Plains, NY, USA. These rooms have been blocked to give attendees a special conference rate between November 29, 2018 and December 1, 2018. The special nightly conference rate is $139.00 per room (single and double occupancy). A limited number of Club floor room upgrades (first come, first served) are available for $179 per night. Suites are also available for $450. Guest room rate will be available 3 days prior and post conference, based on availability. PLEASE NOTE: If you want to book book outside the core meeting dates of 29 Nov – 1 Dec, you may have to call the hotel directly and mention the group code “IEE” (see below).
Rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are 14.375%) per day.

All guests will be responsible to make their own hotel registration, reservation and payments, and make these arrangements directly with the Hotel. Attendees are responsible for all charges associated with their respective room reservations.
To qualify for these rates, you must make reservations directly with the Hotel by November 7, 2018 at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time using the above reservation link. The block will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is full. All reservations must be guaranteed before this cut-off date. Requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the conference rate.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 6:00 PM Eastern Time on November 27 for no penalty. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon.

Airport Transfers: The Westchester Airport (HPN) is 7 miles away and the Hotel provides a courtesy shuttle from this airport. Call the hotel directly at 914-682-0050 to arrange pickup.
Rail Transportation: Metro North White Plains Station is less than a mile from the hotel. We are sorry but there is no courtesy shuttle from the train station so a taxi may be needed. (NOTE: This is White Plains station and not North White Plains Station).
Hotel Parking Rates: Self-Parking is available and is discounted to conference attendees to $7 for all attendees (with in and out privileges). Parking stickers will be available at the conference registration desk to obtain the reduced rate for non-overnight guests. Overnight guests will be charged the reduced rate on their hotel bill.
Internet: Wifi is complimentary in hotel guest rooms and all meeting spaces for our group.
