Mary Pat Farrell has been vice president of Strategy and Development, North
America Sales, for Rockwell Automation since June 2013 and is responsible for the
long-term market access strategy for the North America sales organization. She
collaborates with stakeholders in Global Sales and Marketing as well as the business
units to develop the most efficient sales execution model in order to accelerate
growth of our products and solutions.

Mary Pat has more than 30 years of experience in global industrial automation sales
and marketing. She joined Rockwell Automation in 1980 as a sales trainee and was
assigned to the San Francisco sales office. She has held various positions of
increasing responsibility within both sales and marketing organizations, including
technical subject matter expert, global product management and sales. From 2000 to
2013 Mary Pat served in sales leadership roles across the US and in Europe
including vice president, Western U.S. Sales region, regional director, Southern
Region, Europe Middle East Africa and vice president, Eastern U.S. Sales Region.

Mary Pat is married to Michel, a native of France. They have 2 boys: Cameron 16,
and Kaelan 10, who are both French as well as US citizens. Hobbies include sailing,
travel, and reading a good book. Mary Pat also co-chairs the Women’s Leadership
Council for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University,
Milwaukee, Wis.
