We are now accepting nominations for the 2015 Outstanding Engineer Award. Complete a 2015 Outstanding Engineer Nomination Form and submit the form to winnipegieeepes@gmail.com by noon of June 26, 2015 to nominate an outstanding engineer in your community. The Outstanding Engineer Award will be presented during the September Technical Meeting scheduled for September 22, 2015.

The nominee must be an IEEE and PES member. The nominee must also be an engineer in the Winnipeg community who the submitter feels excel in any (or all) of the following:

• Outstanding technical contribution to the power engineering profession,
• Outstanding professional and leadership contributions to the power engineering profession,
• Significant contribution to the local community representing the power engineering profession, and
• Outstanding contributions in the area of power engineering education.
