Dr. Pablo de León, an Associate Professor at the Department of Space Studies at the University of North Dakota, is leading a public lecture at the University of Manitoba about NASA’s journey to Mars. Currently, he is the P.I. on a new NASA research grant to develop a Mars base prototype, which will help propel the progress of future manned missions to the Red Planet.
