• January 25, 2012 – LaTeX Seminar
• January 29, 2012 – Embedded Systems Workshop – Beginners Arduino
  In this workshops participants will learn about the Arduino UNO development board, and the Arduino IDE. They will be guided through a series of tutorials to turn LEDs on/off and how to read inputs from a pushbutton.
• February 5, 2012 – Embedded Systems Workshop – Intermediate Arduino
  In this workshop, students will get an exposure to the design of embedded systems using the Arduino platform. Participants will learn how to program an embedded microprocessor to obtain measurements from the environment as implemented on the first University of Manitoba satellite (T-Sat).
• March 4, 2012 – Embedded Systems Workshop – Advanced Arduino
  In this workshop students will experiment with a number of shields using the Arduino UNO. The shields will allow access to a number of peripherals like networks, motors, and other tools useful for robotic applications.
