Newsletter December 2016

We are coming to the end of the year, a period to spend time with family and friends, and, of course, to reflect on the achievements of the past 12 months on what the next year.
The Regional Committee IEEE R9 through the SAC team is committed to providing support for student activities and, above all, promote their professional development through our beloved institution, allowing in this way to continue innovating and working to promote a better world. The 2017 we will continue with the same objective and with new projects for the benefit of our IEEE student community and support their growth. Happy New Year and thank you for all the work you do! Prizes and Competitions IEEE 2016 R9

The present year Roony Cabrera (Ecuador) Coordinator of Prizes and Competitions of the SAC Team R9 was a great challenge to manage new competitions with the Committee, along with the AMS IEEE and R9, with more than fifteen (15) student contests with a total of 36 awards and various awards to deliver between the different members and student organizational units of our region where the following results were obtained.
